Sparkling & Rosé Wines at Vino Bistro Sarasota

There's something about the pop of a cork or the gentle fizz in a glass that signals the evening has officially begun. At Vino Bistro in Sarasota's Rosemary District, our sparkling wines and rosés are some of the most popular pours on the list — and for good reason. These are the wines that work with everything: a warm Florida evening on our patio, a charcuterie board to share, or the first course before you dive into the reds.
Our Sparkling Wines
Lubanzi Sparkling Rosé — South Africa
Pinot Noir & Chardonnay | $10 glass (250mL can) · $40 four-pack
Vegan, sustainable, and served in a sleek can — this is not your average sparkling rosé. Hints of strawberry, cherry, and citrus with a crisp, cheerful finish. It's our go-to recommendation for guests who want something light and fun without the fuss of a full bottle. Pair it with our bruschetta or a light seafood tapas plate.
Graham Beck Sparkling Rosé — South Africa
Pinot Noir & Chardonnay | $15 glass · $45 bottle
Made using the Méthode Cap Classique — the same process as Champagne — this is serious sparkling at a fraction of the French price tag. Fine bubbles carry notes of oyster shell, lavender, and berry-cherry. It's elegant enough for a celebration and versatile enough for Tuesday night tapas. Try it alongside our cheese and charcuterie board.
Los Monteros Cava Brut Rosé — Spain
Garnacha | $15 glass · $45 bottle
Crisp and refreshing with delicate red berry flavors, this Spanish Cava is the definition of easy-drinking sparkle. The Garnacha grape gives it a touch more body than Prosecco, making it a great bridge wine if you're not sure whether you want bubbles or still rosé.
Prosecco Splits — Italy
Glera | $14 glass
Fresh fruit, biscuit, acacia, and floral notes with light herbs. Our Prosecco splits are perfect for a solo glass — no need to commit to a full bottle. Available by the glass only.
Our Rosé Wines
Chehalem 2021 Rosé of Pinot Noir — Willamette Valley, Oregon
Pinot Noir | $17 glass · $51 bottle
From the Chehalem Mountains in Oregon's Willamette Valley, this rosé brings strawberry, melon, and pink grapefruit in a light, vibrant package. It's drier and more structured than many rosés, which makes it a beautiful partner for our grilled vegetable tapas and lighter pizza options.
Les Jamelles Rosé — Provence, France
Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah | $17 glass · $51 bottle
The classic Provence blend — strawberry, raspberry, citrus, and floral notes that are light, crisp, and beautifully balanced. If you've ever sipped rosé on the French Riviera (or wished you had), this is the glass that transports you there. Perfectly paired with any of our Mediterranean-inspired small plates.
