Red wine is the heart of our list at Vino Bistro. With over 25 bottles spanning Italy, France, Spain, Argentina, Australia, Chile, Uruguay, and California, this is where we really geek out — and where we love helping guests discover something new. Every bottle on this list was chosen to pair with our tapas, charcuterie, and pizza menu, and nearly all are available at $15 a glass, making it easy to explore.
Italian Reds
Italy is our deepest love, and it shows. We carry ten Italian reds spanning six regions, from everyday Sangiovese to a special-occasion Tuscan anniversary bottling.
San Lorenzo Chianti Superiore — Tuscany
Sangiovese | $15 glass · $45 bottle. Bright cherry with earthy undertones and a smooth finish. A classic Chianti that pairs perfectly with our charcuterie board or any tomato-based tapas.
Domini Vineti Apassimento — Veneto
Corvina, Rondinella, Corvinone | $15 glass · $50 bottle. Made in the Amarone style with partially dried grapes, this wine delivers dried fruit, chocolate, and a touch of sweetness. Rich and complex — a conversation starter and a perfect companion for aged cheeses.
80° Anniversario Toscana 2018 — Tuscany
Sangiovese-based Blend | $25 glass · $100 bottle. Our most special red. A Tuscan blend celebrating 80 years of winemaking tradition — ripe cherry, herbs, and soft tannins with the kind of depth that rewards slow sipping. This is the bottle for anniversaries, promotions, or any night you want to treat yourself.
Governo all'Uso Toscano – Duca di Saragnano — Tuscany
Sangiovese Blend | $15 glass · $45 bottle. Dark cherry, blackberry, cocoa, and soft spice. Made using the traditional governo technique where fresh grapes are added to finished wine to restart a gentle fermentation, adding roundness and complexity. Our staff's go-to recommendation for first-time visitors.
